The environment is very dirty. All the equipment is junk from employee abuse. No management. Always full of dangerous smoke. No one communicates. Everyone’s always bitter except a couple of people. The owners won’t take any advice for advancement or problem solutions. The environment is very dangerous and the main safety concerns have nothing to do with the air or the heat. The raises and bonuses are a joke. When objects are damaged it comes out of everyone’s bonus in production and in maintenance which is normally around 60% loss. There is no recourse for any employees negative actions. The training is half a day and also a joke. None of the equipment is cared for and none of it is up to par for the process. The owners sit on pennies so don’t expect change. It’s pretty much a free for all. Just don’t be late.
