Supportive overnight dispatch but toxic work environment and low pay - LTL Driver Rist Transport Employee Review

There is never a huge rush or anyone pushing you to get you work done. As long as my work is done right and by the end of the day I havent had any issues. No one has yelled or attempted to belittle me in any way. Work and compensation match.

When management isn't there, allot of things fall thru the cracks and then you find yourself having to step in and help because other people didn't feel like they needed to get their work done.

Negotiated a$5.00 hr raise. Equipment decent.

Bosses lacking knowledge of freight coming & going all aspects! No respect! Men that do not know, and then they do not know , that they do not know are Fidiots.
