      Pros

      Riskified's product is great, it has an amazing benefit to customers and the tech stack behind doors is powerfull. It's overall offering is a no brainer for clients. Relaxed environment, support wherever you need it and everyday you are learning something new.

      Cons

      Cannot list any cons, so far it's been great..

      Pros

      Smart and hardworking people Cool product solving interesting and relevant problems Great work-life balance Public company - so you get stock! Great benefit coverage (medical, dental, vision and 401k matching)

      Cons

      Could offer more promotion opportunities and salary increases to employees Very fast-paced (this could seem like a con to some, but I loved the dynamic environment since you can really have a huge impact and truly own your work)
