Could offer more promotion opportunities and salary increases to employees Very fast-paced (this could seem like a con to some, but I loved the dynamic environment since you can really have a huge impact and truly own your work)

Nice office. Decent benefits (for now). Flexibility.

Single effective product. Very poor communication from leadership. No vision. Every team operates on its own. Very low morale, lot of recent turnover. Zero growth and no prospect at improvement.
