Riskified have great people and their employees is what is keeping the company standing. In therms of workflows the company is not so well structured but most of the people is willing to help, The company works on hybrid for most of the employees but they are flexible and allow remote work if you don’t live close by. The product is very interesting and relevant and the tech stack is first in class. You will be working with the best technologies.
Cons
- Pay bellow market standards but compensate by granting lots of RSUs. - Constant layoffs creates a bad atmosphere for the employees. - HR is messy and do not support operations in Latam. - Lots of senior employees are leaving or being let go and they are replacing them in developing countries to save money. - CEO seems to still run in Startup model.
