      Pros

      good for entry level, decent compensation, perks offered but those take away from work-life balance so are not so much pros after all.

      Cons

      High turnover! Probably because of having ZERO work-life balance! Employees get no flexibility or understanding for life happening, yet are expected to be available 24/7 via phone app. Employer is constantly changing rules for time off and sick days, is obsessed with time in/out (to the minute). This micromanagement as if employees are little kids is suffocating.

      The vibe is always good among team members, and the manager is always available and reasonable

      Cons

      The company size is small so there is not a lot of room for promotion.

      use technique 20 years ago, outdated. Better be good by yourself of learning or you would be lag behind the market
