Pros

Family owned company. You can always talk to someone, there used to be a lot of humanity and heart in the operation. Two-three people per office.

Cons

Zero flexibility from the side of the owners in anything to do with work including working from home or from another city, salary issues are constant. Management decisions are postponed forever. No change over decades it is still the same small company running small project scared of innovation scared of change. Location is in a village minimal infrastructure.

Pros

Varied projects, on the whole a nice friendly bunch of people to work with. Excellent company reputation and prestigious projects. Good company values

Cons

As it's a small company project teams sometimes bring in people lacking the relevant technical experience. Poor performance is not always well managed, and conversely good contributions not suitably recognised. Continuous development and training could be improved, especially for junior staff.
