Pros

The people are kind. Teams want to help each other and support each other at every opportunity (often navigating around poorly developed directives). This is a great place for building skill however you must be adept at organizing your skill set or you'll become a swiss army knife with an ability to do a lot but expert in none of it. PTO and benefits are ideal.

Cons

There are too many leaders with conflicting agendas here. Department Heads (i.e. Middle Management) through the C-Suite are terribly exclusive and gatekeepers of strategy and development. This exclusivity transcends departments and is not specific to one area. Middle mgmt is poorly developed and terribly biased. The ability of middle mgmt to delegate confidently is lacking and very likely because process ownership is poor among most. Actions here do not match words. While all levels of management speak positively about team development their actions show they are more concerned about their own image and career goals than helping their teams. Communication barriers run rampant here while also stating they want "open communication." The company is struggling to maintain adequate compensation for cost of living, especially for those in the Austin area, and will strongly speak towards those who dare seek compensation growth.

Pros

Everyone seems nice, supportive and helpful. Good work/life balance. Benefits are good.

Cons

Low salaries for most positions unless you are a Director or higher. They move people around a lot; promotions and demotions by changing tiles all the time. People come and go by being let go or quitting. Difficult to grow in the company

Pros

Most people I worked with were genuinely kind and cared about doing their jobs well. The office itself is clean and well maintained, even if some areas feel a bit outdated. The strongest benefit by far is the remote‑work flexibility, it’s built into the culture and makes day‑to‑day life significantly easier

Cons

Leadership consistently dismissed feedback or pushback, making it clear that the company is not open to any meaningful change. Internal politics routinely outweighed performance, and it often felt like decisions were driven by favoritism rather than competence. Over time, this created an environment where I felt undervalued, unheard, and ultimately stagnant. I would be cautious about joining if you’re looking for a place that supports growth, innovation, or genuine accountability
