Pros
-Purpose Driven and Leaders “Walk the Walk” of the Core Values -Several different opportunities for career progression because they’re growing at an incredible pace -Leadership embodied a Servant Leadership approach -This is not a company you join to “coast”. They’re going to make you feel valued, empowered, heard and challenged and they’re going to require you challenge them if you think anything they are doing is not the best answer. The leaders expect to get to the best answer because they don’t care whose idea it is. They deliver outcomes to clients that I’ve never heard of another firm in the industry delivering - always leading with their purpose. They have the most unique approach to M & A, truly focusing on what the partner wants from a deal and spending a lot of time building meaningful relationships to ensure value alignment before they make an offer. Don’t fake your interview. If the core values don’t speak to you, look for a different company.
Cons
Getting hired can take a long time because they are extremely cautious about making sure it is a mutual fit.
