      Pros

      Small team and flat structure. Has good reputation and big clients. As a subsidiary of McKinsey which brings a lot of opportunities and big projects.

      Cons

      Not friendly to fresh graduates. Strange managers and stressful environment. There is no good system to assist starter to grow. All by yourself.

      Pros

      If you want to be a financial consultant, RD is the starting place. You can grasp and learn a lot by counting on the support and mentoring of managers and experts. Everybody is really willing to help you and you feel somehow part of a family

      Cons

      Time constraints is not so clear most of the time, and the project guidelines as well...

      Not a right place to start for those who comes from academic field, no attention for employees engagement at the beginning of employment.
