      Fantastic CTO who knows and learns the technology being created No micro managing Very good customer interactions

      Cons

      Ego driven Chief Scientist Officer and Founder that oversteps without knowledge CEO that claims philosophical ideals and then immediately does the opposite with a quick temper CEO has conflict of interest hierarchy processes to avoid be held accountable Unable to know the company's direction from week to week
