Pros

Work hours were flexible (work 6 am to 2:30 pm) Good training program

Cons

Poor upper management Micromanaged by middle management Company is against upgrades, process improvements They don't acknowledge when you succeed. No career advancement. Only spots for Lead positions open when someone quits. Turnover is absolutely crazy. In 2 years, I trained over 60+ people. They will hire anyone, even without a degree. They will not increase your pay even when you out perform the whole company. Culture is pitiful compared to larger companies.

Pros

Phenomenal team of people to work with, who are always happy to help and give extra effort when situation calls for it.

Cons

None come to mind. Staying current with regulations and changing healthcare landscape can be frustrating, but that's nothing to do with the company itself.

Pros

Work-Life balance and base salary pay for field nurse case managers and strictly remote work from home.

Cons

MICROMANAGEMENT OF FIELD NURSE'S, ineffective communication with managers and salaried employees, FCM Bonus Structure, reduction in billable hours, reduction in case load and lost accounts during acquisition, incorporating FCMs into the TCM world for how things are done and billed, NO marketing strrategies for Indiana, NO advancement opportunities, NO FCM recognition company wide, years of expertise doesn't matter, changing FCM role & responsibilities without a team discussion.
