      All day, everyday learned amazing things at this amazing company. Not only fun environment but RishabhSoft provides work life integration. The company cares about their employees from all aspect, decent pay, leaves, flexible working hours, fun and encouraging team environment. Wishing in the field of dandelions to work again for this Amazingly Awesome Company!

      Pros

      Best company in Vadodara for women to work. It gives immense opportunities and flexibility to work. A big shout out for women in IT in Vadodara who are looking for job opportunities and they have to leave their career because of (Relocation Issue)

      No Cons that I could have seen in a tenure of more than 10+ Years

      Pros

      Nice place to work Good atmosphere You can learn a lot during the internship.

      Cons

      Bad Management HR team is horrible Staff do not pay attention to the intern And we have to pay for doing internship(yeah, right!!)
