Wide variety of interesting projects. Performance is recognized and appreciated. Fairly laid-back corporate culture. Friendly people and accessible management. Nice office.

Projects are short-term, so there's not much security. Consultants can end up faced with difficult decisions - if an engagement requires a long commute and there's no other engagement for a particular employee- guess what...
