The London office leadership is inexperienced, ego-driven, and lacks strategic or managerial skills. Instead of fostering growth, they try to impose themselves and block others from progressing. The CEO is largely absent and, when present, avoids engaging with teams. He shows little empathy or interpersonal skill, giving the impression that employees are interchangeable. Despite consistently mediocre results, weak management is inexplicably retained. Salaries are below market average, and the office atmosphere is heavy and demoralizing.
