Rise offers a high degree of flexibility, which has allowed me to maintain a healthy and sustainable work-life balance while also while supporting a team that is doing meaningful and impactful work. I feel like there is a strong commitment to the team and their success. Employees are encouraged to build new skills and take on responsibility. The leadership is thoughtful, approachable, and genuinely invested in both the work and the people doing it.

The firm operates in a hybrid work environment that values flexibility and trust, and senior leadership is aware of the demands of client-facing work and makes a point to recognize staff effort and contributions. The work is engaging and purposeful, and while it can be fast-paced, it is generally manageable for people who are organized, proactive, and comfortable in a client services environment.
