Pros

Sent me to a nice facility- good staffing, policies, distance.

Cons

Recruitment gave me two options for pay- option one was minus 200 per week for insurance, only to find out they take an additional 600 -2000$ out of your pay check for insurance! Their lowest paying insurance has a 6000 $ deductible. Finally, if you choose to work for them you will not see OT reflected in your check. They keep most of it. Overall they pay is excellent, but then once you read the fine print-- it's mediocre at best. ps ... They toss "it's in your contract like they own you." Better off to go somewhere else.

Rise Medical Staffing was an amazing company to work for until Advanced Medical purchased the company in May of 2016. Most reviews reflect the aftermath when things went south in 2016. R.I.P. Rise

Pros

We have an amazing work environment here to help me stay motivated. My supervisors have a vast wealth of experience and knowledge to offer me during tough situations. I truly feel like my success and personal development is their goal. Our office really values fun and we have a great time while we get the work done. I feel like I can really be myself here, which I think is actually pretty unique. There are also great incentives and management puts a lot of time into making creative games that reward good performance. I feel at home here!

Cons

Recruiting is a really tough job! It is unpredictable and requires persistence and grit. Sometimes I find it really hard to be on the computer or phone so often, but it's just a part of the job. Other than the difficulties of recruiting, I don't have many negatives to say about Rise Medical Staffing. I'd love some more PTO and holidays off (so does everybody) - that's about it!
