Not a Good Company to Work For - Recruiter Rise Medical Staffing Employee Review

Pros

Music is played throughout the day on the sales floor. There's a foosball table, so the few times you don't work through lunch you can get a game in.

Cons

No matter how well you do the prior weeks, if you have a bad week and haven't closed any deals, you're already on the chopping block. You don't just have one direct manager/boss, you constantly answer and report to the entire management team. When hired, your employment is stated as 8am - 5pm, a 1-hour lunch, with two 10-minute breaks; but after you start you are encouraged (if not expected) to get in at 7am, and most days work through lunch, and not take your breaks.

Pros

Rise Medical Staffing was an amazing company to work for until Advanced Medical purchased the company in May of 2016. Most reviews reflect the aftermath when things went south in 2016. R.I.P. Rise

Cons

Advanced Medical Staffing. Steer clear!

Pros

We have an amazing work environment here to help me stay motivated. My supervisors have a vast wealth of experience and knowledge to offer me during tough situations. I truly feel like my success and personal development is their goal. Our office really values fun and we have a great time while we get the work done. I feel like I can really be myself here, which I think is actually pretty unique. There are also great incentives and management puts a lot of time into making creative games that reward good performance. I feel at home here!

Cons

Recruiting is a really tough job! It is unpredictable and requires persistence and grit. Sometimes I find it really hard to be on the computer or phone so often, but it's just a part of the job. Other than the difficulties of recruiting, I don't have many negatives to say about Rise Medical Staffing. I'd love some more PTO and holidays off (so does everybody) - that's about it!
