      Working in cannabis. Everything else was terrible

      The management team can't control staff. Supervisors never on floor get tips when they shouldn't because of pay inequality.

      Paid well, good tips, free product

      Cons

      Very clique-y. Punishment was only for people management didn’t like. People who didn’t work got rewarded. Employees were told to leave five star reviews and edit to make sure they were the highest.
