Cons
The shop gets so hot in the summer and so cold in the winter because they are too cheap to turn on heat/AC, which they lie about and tell you that the building doesn’t have just so they can save a dime. The management and owner gaslight you and downright ignore you if you try to be honest about how horrible the work environment is because they think that they aren’t the problem, the problem is people don’t want to work for minimum wage during a pandemic. They don’t care about mask policies and make you feel terrible for needing to take time off for mental health reasons. They make you clean every single inch of the place until it’s spotless because it’s cheaper than hiring a cleaning company, because they’d rather exhaust you and exploit you if you’re already there.
