Acting weird - Anonymous employee Rise Art Employee Review

They have issues with paying interns/artists/freelances. It takes them about a month/six weeks to pay you. I don’t understand why is it like this and why nobody exaplined it in advance. I know there might be students who need experience and extra cash but you won’t get it. I think their “we are small company” is just an excuse
