It's a startup, so things are always changing, but nothing hard to keep up with

I worked at Rippleshot as an engineering intern this summer. The technical team did not have a lot of people but they are very efficient. The technical leads are very open to emerging techniques. The team are from different cultural background and are all very friend. A lot of team-building / celebration events happened during the three months. The working time there is very flexible and the working pressure there is not very intensive. The engineers sometime would love to do some works in the evenings or on the weekends, but it's not required by the company. In general, it's a growing company where you can learn technical skills and how a start-up company works.

The company is growing very fast and the technique required is updated very fast. Sometimes you need to learn new techniques in a very short time period.
