It's unfortunate to hear that you didn't have a great experience being part of our Student Acquisition Team, but we appreciate the insight. As a fast-growing startup, there are always a ton of moving pieces to take care of which adds an extra layer of difficulty, especially when operating a nation-wide team of interns. Nonetheless, we want to make sure we're improving on any mistakes made, so that all our employees, from our campus teams to our full-time members, have an amazing experience working for RippleMatch.
