Worst place to work - Executive Ripple Links Employee Review

For a woman, this is the worse place to work. The co-founder makes faces and taunts when one takes a leave during periods. Every leave is questioned. Working hours are overstretched, with calls even at 11 PM and updates at 2:00 am. You are expected to reach office at 11 am even when you have been working all night. Managers have no training on how to talk to juniors, as can be seen from the shouting and throwing the team under the bus. Top managers openly say how they will deduct salary if they don't perform. There is no guidance for new members and some managers don't work just takes updates and do nothing. The entire office is rotten and the rot begins at the top.
