Pros

90% of coworkers are lovely to work with.

Cons

I have never worked at a place such as Ripple Effect that publicly promotes a top-notch work environment every chance they get, but only delivers that promise to certain employees they show favoritism towards. This favoritism is shown to senior leaders and managers, and more entry-level staff are disregarded. There is no opportunity for advancement if you are not a favorite employee, regardless of the effort you put in and the high-quality of your work. Ripple Effect promotes wanting their employees to be open and honest about ways the company can improve, but when you are open and honest, you are punished. Almost any principle you are told to follow, you are then criticized for down the line when you somehow couldn’t predict or read minds to know to act another way. After countless bad hiring and management decisions, Ripple Effect’s culture is beyond repair. Please choose another place to work and avoid Ripple Effect at all costs.
