      Can’t even get chatgpt to make one up

      Cons

      While the company offers occasional perks like covered commuting costs and Friday lunches, these do little to offset the deeply problematic work culture. Employees are expected to work long hours with unpaid overtime as the norm. Senior management frequently engages in inappropriate behaviour, including verbal abuse in front of both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the founders are consistently late to meetings—when they show up at all—further contributing to the lack of structure and accountability.

      High levels of autonomy and ownership allow the potential to shape the business and it's impact on a great cause Community feel of other employees with a great balance of friendship and professionalism Supportive team who have a can-do attitude to collaborate and find a solution to problems

      If you're looking for a normal 9-5 it may not be for you. If you find joy in adding value and making a difference in an exciting scale-up, you'll be great

      High levels of ownership and autonomy mean potential to add value, develop and grow whilst working towards a good cause Community feel with great balance between friendship and professionalism

      Cons

      Wouldn't fit someone who only wants a strict 9-5, or someone who doesn't, or cannot find joy in their work and personal development
