      Pros

      They pay for travel - that’s it!

      Cons

      Arguably one of the worst places to work. Expected to stay later even when you finish at 6pm, if you leave on time you’ll feel super uncomfortable and will often get asked “where are you going?” Over worked and underpaid. You’ll never feel valued or respected. Atmosphere is aggressive and unkind. Shouting across the room and making people cry. They try and force a family business but it’s far from that, all they care about is money. No HR!!! If you have a problem don’t even bother speaking to anyone, it won’t help your case.

      High levels of autonomy and ownership allow the potential to shape the business and it's impact on a great cause Community feel of other employees with a great balance of friendship and professionalism Supportive team who have a can-do attitude to collaborate and find a solution to problems

      Cons

      If you're looking for a normal 9-5 it may not be for you. If you find joy in adding value and making a difference in an exciting scale-up, you'll be great

      High levels of ownership and autonomy mean potential to add value, develop and grow whilst working towards a good cause Community feel with great balance between friendship and professionalism

      Cons

      Wouldn't fit someone who only wants a strict 9-5, or someone who doesn't, or cannot find joy in their work and personal development
