Pros

Exposure to start-up and Fintech World Recognized name now

Cons

- Terrible work culture - American focused organization. APAC doesn't matter - They oversell the role and benefits while joining - Difficult to take any leaves. They misguide you by saying unlimited leaves but in reality, they make sure that you hardly get to go on leave. - They won't pay salary on time and refuse to pay eligible claims also - Medical insurance not at par

First off, I want to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We believe Ripple is a special place where our employees have an opportunity to do great work and thrive, and it's disappointing to hear that your experience did not match up to those expectations. As the leader of our Customer Success team, I take this feedback to heart as it’s incredibly important to me that my team is clear on their roles and feel supported while at Ripple, no matter where they are located. Time-off is very much encouraged as it’s important that people feel supported in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. In fact 96% of the Ripple team said they are able to take time off work when necessary in a recent engagement survey. My assurance to you is that we will always listen and take action if there are areas where we need to do better. It’s the only way we’re able to continue to build something special. My team is only as strong as the people on it. I thank you for your candid feedback and wish you the best going forward.

Pros

Business outlook is strong, well established in the space. Executive leadership is strategic.

Cons

Very toxic work environment. But it does depend on your team. The marketing and communication org is lead by fear. Optics are often more important than quality of work. The timelines are aggressive but everything is so much harder to complete because they’ve indexed on execution over process. Don’t love that they donated to Trump’s ballroom either. The RTO is all about visibility and not collaboration despite their claims.
