Pros
Amazing teammates (but most of them are no longer employed there) Decent benefits Coffee and water sometimes provided
Cons
Growth doesn't exist for entry or mid-level employees, even if you are very communicative about where and how you want to grow. The CEO acknowledged this initially in my interview and even within my first month or so. But my interests quickly fell by the wayside, despite there being an opportunity within the company to grow in the area I indicated. The CEO is also rarely there - physically and mentally. When she was in the office, she rarely had time nor the brain power to actually listen to your ideas or concerns. During my time there, the company restructured the way work flowed which created more workload for the entry and mid-level employees without also providing the support they would need. Social media does not depict that actual company culture. Most outings on their Facebook and Instagram are from employee's last day working with the company. There was no support or guidance from upper management which consists of solely the CEO.
