Pros

Some really nice people to work with (entry level staff). Nice social aspect as everyone was friends with everyone else. Some excellent duty managers.

Cons

- horrendously low pay - managers clueless as to how to run an attraction - managers unprofessional - promotions based on who was friends with management - overpriced admission led to all customers being dissatisfied - endless abuse from customers - boring work - unsociable hours

They believe in upward mobility They do offer opportunities for travel They do their absolute best to take care of their employees

Cons

They can put a lot of work on your plate at once The overall pay sometimes can be behind leading competitors in the same field
