Good place to learn and move on to a better company. Holiday shutdown at the end of the year. Air conditioned.
Cons
Paid every 2 weeks. Band-aid repairs. Mandatory weekly meetings that achieve very little. No yearly reviews. Getting approved for paid time off is a long arduous process using kiosk computer.
