Seemed disorganized. Company expectations were widely different from client expectations. Was given a client description to manage and pitch services when client wanted a contractor to do grunt work. Disconnect in expectations creates tension. Was hired as remote and client wanted in person which added a 2 hour commute which was not disclosed during the interview.
