They do not micro manage and they have great benefits.

Overworked due to bot enough staff. Property Managers are responsible for everything from posting rents, intense collections with 2 to 4 hours grilling monthly meetings, all aspects of CAM from preparing binders for large box tenants and pulling invoices for prior and current yrars to match to the GL.

A good company with good people and the ability to become a really good company in the real estate industry.

As with any company there is room to improve on several levels and become a better corporation, focus on the employees.
