Pros

Flexible with timing Software easy to work with

Cons

Pay is meager for the effort placed in the reports (~20 minutes for 20 minute sessions, ~30 minutes for 1 hour sessions) on top of the hourly pay Strikeout policy is very strict and lacks flexibility despite having >38 4-5 star reviews and having a 4.72 rating. Once an account is deactivated, there is no way to properly appeal even if you have repeat students. Lack of respect for sickness or worker's time when you're having a bad week. Only hires students from top universities. Very elitist in terms of DEI

Pros

Lots of flexibility and great tutoring interface. Can truly choose your own hours and high demand so likely to get booked.

Cons

Not much, there is a very low tolerance for tutors being late etc. but makes sense

Pros

Most of the students are lovely. The hours are generally flexible, and there is little preparation required.

Cons

The worst thing about this company is how they treat their tutors. They keep looking for sneaky ways to lower the tutor pay, and the way that they want the classes structured is arbitrary. They provide strict feedback that is nearly possible to implement, and they have a countless number of minuscule rules to follow that are impossible to keep up with. In other words, the tutor is never right.
