Thank you for your positivity! We're a young company with a small but hard-working team, and it's lovely to see that hard work being recognised. Unfortunately the majority of our students are based in Korea and our operating hours do reflect that. Once we have enough demand to ensure that our tutors will reliably receive lesson requests for slots opened, we'll definitely expand our operating hours further. Pros

Lots of flexibility and great tutoring interface. Can truly choose your own hours and high demand so likely to get booked.

Cons

Not much, there is a very low tolerance for tutors being late etc. but makes sense

Pros

Most of the students are lovely. The hours are generally flexible, and there is little preparation required.

Cons

The worst thing about this company is how they treat their tutors. They keep looking for sneaky ways to lower the tutor pay, and the way that they want the classes structured is arbitrary. They provide strict feedback that is nearly possible to implement, and they have a countless number of minuscule rules to follow that are impossible to keep up with. In other words, the tutor is never right.
