      Pros

      Access to a lot of resources and know-how thanks to being part of the international group. There were no salary delays and the culture was one where you could get promotions if you proved through hard work that you deserved it.

      Cons

      Work-life balance sometimes doesn't really exist, but that's the way it is in the whole industry.
