nothing good was there, only hard work with a small compensation. I recommend those who are flirting with the idea of trying their luck with the Ringel Team company, regardless of the project, to reorient themselves towards other opportunities, any other role elsewhere will be a better opportunity for you! By far, for me it was the most toxic place where I worked, and as a result of this negative experience I was left with lifelong trauma.

I worked for them for a year in the Gefee customer support department, from this position I discovered serious problems due to the precarious micro-management. When I brought it to the attention of the management, I was told that I was the problem in the so-called team where everyone avoids each other for fear of scammers. I will list below a few that seem more eloquent to me: the colleagues with whom I had the opportunity to work are at the end of their powers, paid below the market level, they can barely manage their expenses, for this reason they only go on holidays to relatives or with the tent, also they don't have children because they can't afford them and they are not listened to by their abusive bosses, they want a personal and professional development but they are told that it is not possible, and the so-called benefits are dust in the eyes of the employees, the management chooses to hire new staff as me in team lead positions instead of promoting some people who have been working there for many years, thus conflictual situations are created for the amusement of the petty management. Those who have been tem lead for longer are the ones close to the management and siphon everything from them. The clients are dissatisfied with the way the applications work because outdated mechanisms and methods are used, the programmers used outdated code for the development of the applications a few years ago which is no longer updated, the clients are lied to that they will be fixed in time but the solutions are punctual and shortcomings constantly return, putting pressure on the support department. Unfortunately, most of the former colleagues show signs of the boiled frog syndrome, they are constantly kept in a state of stress that they are going to fire you for any reason and the management listens to all the gossip in order to profit from them. The laptop I received was totally unsuitable for working on it 9 hours a day, it froze and heated up very much and finally gave up. Although many colleagues work overtime in order to finish the tasks they have, because you constantly have to take over the tasks of those who manage to leave that toxic environment and I'm sorry because the tasks I had remained with former colleagues , which in the past there were five at the support and now with my departure there are only two left.
Pros
Biggest pro would be a diverse team in the sense you would have to talk to other people not only other devs. The company is pretty stable no ups and downs, you can have a decent work/life balance working here.
Cons
Used tech is mostly kinda old, or it was when i was working there.
