      Food at office, nothing to add at all

      The company has terrified leadership with a weak understanding of basic design principles. I've noticed issues with the design structure, particularly involving some individuals in the Resource Center, such as Girija B. The company should teach its staff how to engage in cross-cultural communication effectively. It's inappropriate to allow individuals to manipulate situations by using personal attributes, such as claiming "I'm a Brown woman," to influence outcomes.

      Pros

      RingCentral has some of the best benefits that I've ever seen provided by a company. Great work environment and co-workers on my team.

      Cons

      Onboarding was great and easy to follow through. But if you have something specific It can be a little confusing at times to figure out where to go for certain HR things or whom you need to talk to in the organization.
