      People are great. Especially leaders are great! They will treat you not as their employee but as a FAMILY. Financially speaking, With RingCentral, I was able to support my family and I was able to support my self and I saved a lot.

      Pros

      RingCentral has some of the best benefits that I've ever seen provided by a company. Great work environment and co-workers on my team.

      Cons

      Onboarding was great and easy to follow through. But if you have something specific It can be a little confusing at times to figure out where to go for certain HR things or whom you need to talk to in the organization.
