      Pros

      I've been at RingCentral for a year and don't have one negative thing to say about this company. From day one, I have been welcomed and appreciated for my work (big or small) and the Team culture is unlike anything I've experienced before. They truly want you to thrive and be happy!

      Cons

      Working From Home is nice... but I miss breakfast, lunch, put-put, and ping pong at the office!! ;)

      Pros

      RingCentral has some of the best benefits that I've ever seen provided by a company. Great work environment and co-workers on my team.

      Cons

      Onboarding was great and easy to follow through. But if you have something specific It can be a little confusing at times to figure out where to go for certain HR things or whom you need to talk to in the organization.

      Constant executive change, which means constant change for what are initiatives are and which metrics we are being measured on.
