      No Extra benefits for maintaining regular health like GYM, Swimming etc. No WFH setup reimbursements. Encourage employees to visit office more than on completion of task

      Pros

      RingCentral has some of the best benefits that I've ever seen provided by a company. Great work environment and co-workers on my team.

      Cons

      Onboarding was great and easy to follow through. But if you have something specific It can be a little confusing at times to figure out where to go for certain HR things or whom you need to talk to in the organization.
