Management is always there to help, training is available, easy once you get the hang of their system, shifts available to pick up if you need more hours.

Somewhat of micromanagement but understandably as they want perfection for their clients. High call volume during peak hours (M-F 8am-6pm)

Supervisors are helpful and knowledgeable

Company Micro manages and doesn’t do weekly or bi weekly pay so it’s very hard to budget. And you can borrow against your future paycheck for a fee… that’s terrible
