Pros

Rinchem is a company that moves fairly quickly and expects growth and quality improvement. The owner/CEO of the company genuinely cares about the employees. The company invests in safety controls and emphasizes safety. The company has a big contract with one of company, allowing parallel growth.

Cons

The percerption within the company is a culture of nepotism, difficult to break into the top leadership unless you fit certain family and religious requirements. They've tried to diversify among the middle ranks following pressure of litigation. Company does not pay earned bonuses if you leave, though they preach integrity and values in their mission statement. HR leadership does not keep confidential conversations confidential. Changes in leadership over the past few years elevates "yes men" while marginalizing and pushing out anyone who does not conform. "Yes men" shield CEO and president from dissenting opinion, by design. Family members of top management underperform and aren't held accountable, but are promoted. High risk if the biggest customer leaves of shrinks because the cost of fixed assets to do business.
