Getting to meet different people, a little flexible on schedule but not hardly. Love the smell of the wax fragrance.
Cons
The CEO & executive management team is horrible. They will tell you that you are doing a great job but at same time stabbing you in the back. They need to update their policy handbook to where things are in writing and not just verbal. When they say something verbal, it’s more than likely a complete lie. They will always go back on their words. There is no loyal or honor to their employees. They executive management team does not know how to operate a business, there are way too many different directions given by different people. Stop trying to micromanage people and just let them do their jobs. The CEO & COO treats everyone like they don’t know anything. Why have employees if the management team never listens to their people. Oh wait, because they think they know everything. This isn’t the 1970’s...things have completely changed or upgraded, maybe they need to upgrade or something. Also, the benefits are horrible.
