My experience was great so don't have any cons.

It is a remote position.

Lack of pay and management takes advantage of their employees. All cutbacks are at the expense of the employees and not the management. Management is lead by a secretary that is a poor and vengeful manager. The litigation support manager is a former secretary that has zero litigation skills. There is no one on the litigation team that can run exhibits at trial so the costs to clients are way above market for any other law firm that will care about you as a client. I was told I could end physical therapy or be fired.
