      Good people and products but very poor leadership staring with the CEO, who sets a poor example for entire staff.

      Cons

      Micromanage staff and constant change driven by the CEO. CEO is one of the worst I have ever experienced. Tell staff he works 7 days a week and 12 hours a day.

      For the most part, the people are nice.

      Cons

      Nepotistic culture. Constant fire drills and changing direction. Lack of processes to enable more streamlined output. Expected to work long hours and weekends. Time off frowned upon.
