      Good company, great flexibility, culture is evolving, leader on the market of diesel engines, good starting point to get sales experience local and regional.

      Cons

      Extremly low pay for todays lifestyle in Puerto Rico. No growth opportunities as it is more based on personals desicion rather than actual merits.

      Friendly, Clean environment, Nice customers. Other team members were helpful.

      Cons

      Only five people per station, so it was difficult to get coverage when you were sick or needed vacation time.
