Pros

No seniority here, so everyone’s treated equally. Work From Anywhere (WFA) setup, with easy leave policies (even menstrual leave). Fully online and paperless, which keeps things efficient. Super cooperative team, making collaboration easy.

Cons

Since it’s a startup, some processes aren’t fully standardized yet.

Pros

Work From Anywhere (WFA): The remote work policy provides excellent flexibility

Cons

- Inconsistent Management & Lack of Direction: Decisions change constantly without a clear company vision. For instance, one day they hired a freelancer, but on the very first day of their onboarding, management suddenly told the freelancer not to take any working hours. - Unprofessional Partner Management: The company handles partnerships poorly. When partners raised valid, professional, and constructive concerns, top management internally stated they would "kick out" those "noisy" partners instead of addressing the issues professionally. - Favoritism and Bias: It is incredibly difficult to provide constructive feedback because top management operates entirely on a "like and dislike" basis rather than professional objectivity. - Overwork Post-Layoffs: Following mass layoffs, the remaining employees were forced to take on multiple roles and heavier workloads without any fair or adequate additional incentives. - Non-Compliance with Labor Laws: The company seems ignorant of—or deliberately ignores—the legal obligations regarding compensation/severance for contract employees. They only paid what was legally owed after being heavily pressured by the employees.
