Pros

The holiday bonus was nice, and the PTO accrual rate is above average

Cons

The trauma services department is managed very poorly. Manager creates her own HR policies to cater to two long-time employees and does not care about anyone else. Discrimination and harassment of hardworking, reliable, caring employees that aren't the 2 favored employees is rampant, blatant, and truly sad. Manager is well aware of the toxic environment and culture she has created, but continues to act and manage the department the same.
