Excellent place to work with - Customer Service Rikvin Employee Review

Rikvin gives every employee an opportunity to shine in their individual role. Sometimes its not nice to get micro managed however rikvin does gives all its employees the additional support and care they need to grow within the company

With good comes the bad. Rikvin provides a high stress environment for work. There are always deadlines to meet, performance evaluation, checklists and so on. They are way too meticulous about their customers, so sometimes the affect comes on to the staff. We had to to make sure everything is done within a set period of time within their standard. And rikvin maintains a high standard. Sometimes I felt its unnecessary.

Central location of Singapore. Near food places to have lunch. Near MRT station. Work environment is decent. Office is not too bad. Colleagues are okay.

No chance to grow and expand skills and experience. Very micro managed. Salary is miserable and no increment or bonus. Expect you to multitask even when your job scope does not entail you to do so.
